Decides matters involving children and families including adoption, guardianship, foster care, child abuse, and child custody and visitation; up for election every 10 years.

—Town of Marlborough: Town Justice
—Town of New Paltz: Town Supervisor, Unexpired Term; Town Justice; Town Councilperson, Unexpired Term
—Town of Plattekill: Town Councilperson, Unexpired Term
—Town of Rochester: Town Supervisor, Unexpired Term; Town Councilperson, Unexpired Term
—Town of Rosendale: Town Councilperson, Unexpired Term
—Town of Shandaken: Town Justice
—Town of Shawangunk: Town Justice
